Caldwell homeowners deal with the same Treasure Valley weather as the rest of the valley: winter snow and ice, spring hail, strong wind gusts, and summer wildfire smoke. Roofs here also vary with the local housing: older housing stock along with new construction on the city's edges.
Before work starts, ask the contractor whether a permit is required in Caldwell or your county and who will pull it.
